The Challenge

The old site had done its job for years but the web had moved on. The design felt dated, the navigation was complicated, and nothing about it conveyed the professionalism of a company that had been dependably moving people for three and a half decades.

Beyond the look, there were a few operational problems worth solving. Customers needed a way to easily pay their bill online, and the quote form on the old website was long and daunting for visitors to fill out. Both were friction points that a well-built website could remove.

What We Built

A clean, modern Webflow site built around a refreshed visual identity. The design leans into a friendly, approachable tone that fits a business built on trust and repeat customers. Isometric illustrations throughout give the site a distinctive feel that stands apart from the typical moving company website.

The operational requirements were built in from the start. An online payment form passes transaction data through to Stripe, letting customers pay their bill without a phone call. A quote request form captures the information the team needs to turn around estimates quickly.

Navigation was simplified and restructured so the most important actions, getting a quote and understanding what services are available, are easy to find regardless of where you land on the site.

The Result

A site Discount Mover can be proud of and that will hold up over time. More than a year after launch it still looks current and proves to be effective, which was exactly the goal. They have a website that they can continue to showcase in their marketing that helps convert visitors to customers.
